Marianne Driessen (Left)

Marianne Driessen (left), next to bestselling author Helen Joyce from Sex Matters UK, is a smart and fierce fighter for women's and lesbian rights. It was her idea to start this book, she is part of our think tank, and she contributed several chapters. Driessen now devotes her time to Athena Forum, an organisation founded by the fabulous Faika El-Nagashi to scrutinise what the European Union is doing to undermine women's sex based rights.
