HeCheated

HeCheated is an online archive that documents cases of male athletes competing — and winning — in female sports categories. It catalogues individual events and results, recording the medals, titles, records and qualifying places that female athletes have lost as a result. By bringing these cases together in one place, the project makes the cumulative impact on women and girls visible and provides evidence for the wider debate about fairness and safety in women's sport. Its aim is to inform policymakers, sporting bodies and the public, and to strengthen the case for protecting female sporting categories.
